訂書(shū)過(guò)程中，根據(jù)紙張的厚度和材質(zhì)，鐵絲直徑一般為0.2～0.7mm，訂位為兩釘釘鋸?fù)庥喲劬鄷?shū)芯上下各1/4處，允許誤差在±3.0mm內(nèi)。訂書(shū)時(shí)要求無(wú)壞釘、漏釘及重釘;書(shū)冊(cè)整齊、干凈;訂腳平整、牢固;訂距均勻并在折縫線上;書(shū)帖歪斜誤差≤2.0mm。訂書(shū)過(guò)程中要經(jīng)常檢查所訂書(shū)冊(cè)是否符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題后應(yīng)及時(shí)停機(jī)處理。

打包前應(yīng)檢查成品質(zhì)量，要求全書(shū)光潔整齊，無(wú)明顯八字皺褶、死折、殘頁(yè)、臟跡等現(xiàn)象;頁(yè)碼順序正確，以頁(yè)碼中心點(diǎn)為準(zhǔn)，向里或向外誤差≤0.5mm。收書(shū)碼臺(tái)上，要將書(shū)整理整齊，然后用堆積機(jī)打包成書(shū)，要求計(jì)數(shù)準(zhǔn)確后再進(jìn)行打包、粘貼標(biāo)簽。
